Returns and Exchanges:

We trust you will be completely happy with your purchase from our website however, MiniFin will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product in original packaging for a refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 14 days of order date. We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will credit your original method of payment; excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered). Proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original receipt or gift receipt is required.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Postage & Delivery

Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes. All Products will be posted within 24 hours after receipt of your payment, provided all items are in stock. MiniFin uses Australia Post which is delivered within 3-5 Business Days.

Postage is calculated at a flat rate of $3 for heavier items (eg. hoodies, trackies), $2 for lighter items (eg.. singlets).
